The Grosch Brewery (founded in 1425) in Rödental was our first customer in the food industry. Visionary managing director Christoph Pilarzyk was convinced from the outset.
It goes without saying that water quality plays a crucial role in brewing. Without good water, there can be no good beer. But what would happen if you were to actively enhance brewing water that is already of good quality?
The experiment was undertaken and two 3Quellen devices were installed. Due to the large amount of water required for brewing, the devices were installed in parallel in the water supply.
